Bold Urban Planning Pty Ltd was founded in early 2021 by Director, Angela Ash.
Bold is a boutique urban planning consultancy specialising in the management of a range of statutory planning applications. We are trusted advisors and the go to planning consultant of our clients.
Positive long term relationships and professional integrity are central to how Bold operates and engages with Clients, Council and stakeholders. It is the focus on these relationships together with clear communication that have seen Bold grow from strength to strength and continually deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
Angela Ash has been practicing as a qualified urban planner for more than 15 years. During this time Angela has worked alongside leading planning professionals within the industry.
Her dedication, enthusiasm and personal approach have established Angela as a sought after planning consultant and trusted advisor.
Her organisational and communication skills have seen her excel in the management of complex planning applications. Angela has a diverse background in a range of development settings including health, aged care, education, residential, commercial and mixed use developments.
Her analytical mindset and eye for detail have also seen Angela have varied involvement in matters before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria and the courts.
What we do
The projects we work on are varied and diverse, and for this reason we have experience across a range of sectors including residential, commercial (including hospitality and hotels), health and aged care.
We regularly provide preliminary due-diligence advice alongside management of statutory planning applications from concept design through to construction.
